At Mehkaar Foods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide premium-quality organic spices and food products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer.

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food products

  • Used products

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
